The Butler Did It!

[IMPORTANT (ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE STUCK)] One of the candles on the walls needs to be interacted with to finish the game. People tend to miss it so just check for the one near the start of the kitchen. Also if you press enter on the final screen it will give some extra dialogue.

for a better experience download the game rather than using webGL.  There are a couple bugs unique to that version.

However the webGL version IS playable you should be fine if you'd rather play that version.

The Butler Did It! is a short comedy mystery/clue game, filled to the brim with dialogue, with one key difference, the game never lets the player accuse the person they actually want. Instead the detective will go seemingly out of his way to misunderstand the simple  facts of the case. In other words... it's out of your control.
